Questions about getting there and staying at the Europa-Park hotels
The Europa-Park hotels and the Camp Resort are located right where Germany, France and Switzerland meet, so they are easy to reach. EUROBUS rustexpress.ch offers you comfortable coach travel on 7 routes in Switzerland with 38 boarding points.
All Europa-Park hotels except Hotel Krønasår are right next to Europa-Park and have their own entrance to the park. Guests at Hotel Krønasår can take the hotel shuttle to Europa-Park and then also use the hotel guest entrance. If you travel with EUROBUS rustexpress, we take you straight to the hotels and pick you up from there again.
All hotel guests holding a valid Europa-Park ticket for the current day may enter Europa-Park half an hour early during the summer season and one hour early during the winter season. At Rulantica, VIP access with a valid ticket is one hour before official opening all year round. Please note that only a few selected attractions are open during this time. This offer applies to every day of your stay and is reserved exclusively for Europa-Park hotel guests. Europa-Park Club members can also use VIP entry to Europa-Park as part of a hotel stay. However, it cannot be transferred to friends or family members who are not staying at one of the Europa-Park hotels.
Our driver takes you to the coach stop opposite Hotel Colosseo. From here, the hotels Colosseo, Bell Rock, El Andaluz, Castillo Alcazar and Santa Isabel are just a few steps away. Guests of Hotel Krønasår get off directly at Hotel Krønasår. At reception, show the voucher you received with your travel documents to collect your room. Rooms are available from 15.30. Leave your luggage in the luggage room provided and then – let the fun begin! Free time at Europa-Park. Discover Germany’s largest theme park with its many attractions for young and old. Stroll through the beautifully decorated park or catch a breathtaking show. Round off the evening with a fine drink at the hotel bar or enjoy the latest film at the Magic Cinema.
To get your day off to a great start, the hotel treats you to a delicious and varied breakfast buffet. And who knows – maybe you’ll meet Euro-Maus, Euro-Fant and their friends. Fully refreshed, it’s back out into the park. Let the park’s fairy-tale atmosphere enchant you once more.
