Water fun has a name: Rulantica!

Right next to Europa-Park and directly beside the themed hotel Krønasår lies the Rulantica water park. The water world comprises 13 themed areas in total – so water fun is guaranteed all year round! And the easiest way to get there is by coach. The coach journey is fast and comfortable – and great value too!
An elaborate Nordic setting and over 40 exciting attractions, including numerous water slides, a huge wave pool, a 250-metre lazy river and much more, promise an unforgettable adventure for the whole family. Scandinavian design, Nordic landscapes and imaginative, mystical scenery create a unique atmosphere in the Rulantica water world.

In the spacious outdoor area, summer highlights such as the “Svalgurok” slide world await visitors. The new, interactive water carousel “Tønnevirvel” promises a splashing adventure – “Into the boats… get set… wet!”.

Vikingløp

On your mats, get set, go!
In Vikingløp, Europe’s biggest speed slide, you race head first on mats towards the finish. Once you’ve climbed the Nordiskturn, a total of eight racing slides await, where competitive rivals slide against each other. Every second really counts here, because only one can be first across the finish line and be cheered on by the spectators in the stands.

Vinter Rytt

A hot ride in the halfpipe
This slide gets the adrenaline pumping: in comfortable four-person rings, the ride starts off gently – but then it’s time to hold on tight: Vinter Rytt plunges steeply downhill and sweeps the adventurers straight up the steep wall of a halfpipe. Airtime fans will be in their element here. Who can scream the loudest?

Skip Strand

Ahoy, water babies - Off on an adventure
Skip Strand, the adventure pool with a sunken three-master, a steamer and lots of nets, ropes and masts, offers endless opportunities to slide, romp and splash about.
Watch out! With a loud splash, the whole family lands in the water at Skip Strand on the wide slide Överstor, and the Översnabb and Översnurra slides also promise a splashing adventure.

Rangnakor

A town on stilts
The town of Rangnakor, founded by Rulantica’s native Nordic inhabitants, offers the perfect view over the entire indoor water world! Eight exclusive “Komfort Hyddas”, comfortable huts in a prime location, provide a private retreat for four people including great extras. “Komfort Sofas” are the ideal retreat for two people in the middle of the indoor water world. For a cool refreshment in between, the Skål Bar serves chilled drinks! By the way, the town was built on 4-metre-high stilts.
Maximum thrills for the truly brave await in our AquaRocket slides Dugdrob & Vildfål. Once you’ve stepped into the glass capsule, a countdown sounds: 3, 2, 1 – the trapdoor beneath you opens and you drop into the void.
Who is the fastest in the Odinrås duelling pipeline? In two side-by-side slide tunnels with tight bends, you can take each other on in a slide duel with a difference.
And anyone who’s hungry after all that sliding is sure to find something among the wide selection of treats at the Snekkjas snack restaurant.

Lumafals

Land of the merpeople and waterfalls
Rulantica’s most fascinating creatures were once merpeople, the guardians of the island. They lived in a grotto and moved gracefully on land and in the water. “Lumåfals” was their home. This grotto, an XXL wave pool called Surf Fjørd, is fed by an impressive waterfall in which numerous merpeople still swim today. Here visitors can feel like sea creatures themselves and soak up the atmosphere of the colourful grotto.

Hyggedal

The exclusive relaxation and sauna area
Above the Lumålunda restaurant, a Nordic wellness oasis covering a total of 1,000 m² awaits you, with a stunning view over the water world. Three textile-free saunas with regular infusion sessions, a steam bath, an outdoor terrace and a varied range of food and drink leave nothing to be desired for anyone seeking relaxation. KOTA Sauna Chalet
In the Nordic sauna chalet on Hyggedal’s outdoor terrace, you can now enjoy a proper rustic sweat! Equipped with a sauna stove, rustic tables and seating, the cosy room invites all Hyggedal guests aged 18 and over to enjoy textile-free sauna sessions in good company.

Damp Huset
The textile-free steam bath now offers another feel-good experience in the Hyggedal relaxation and sauna area. Covering 10 m², the Damp Huset invites you to linger and unwind in a cosy Nordic hygge atmosphere. Here you can immerse yourself in a gentle cloud of steam and then refresh yourself on the outdoor terrace or inside Hyggedal.

Sauna “lille”
All Hyggedal visitors aged 18 and over can let their minds wander in the textile-free daylight sauna “lille”: the rustic, cosy wooden ambience helps you unwind in no time. Afterwards, the neighbouring bucket showers invite you to cool off, and a visit to the outdoor terrace – also for ages 18 and over – rounds off the perfect sauna experience.

Sauna “stor”
With regular infusion sessions, guests experience pure relaxation in the rustic sweat room, then cool off with a refreshing gush from the bucket showers and enjoy a moment of calm on the spacious outdoor terrace.

Hygge Sauna-Bar
Exclusively for Hyggedal visitors: in the relaxation area high above Rulantica, the Hygge Sauna-Bar awaits Hyggedal guests.

Nordiskturn

Slide races & relaxation in the Tower of the Gods
The new Nordiskturn themed area is the largest and most elaborate extension to date in the indoor area of the Rulantica water world. In the 30-metre-high tower, “Vikingløp”, Europe’s biggest racing slide, awaits all competitive spirits, while new lounging and relaxation areas on three levels offer plenty of space to rest and unwind.

Skog Lagune

Unwind in the forest lagoon
Waterfalls, bubble loungers and a pool bar, framed by pine trees and rocks, make the lagoon an oasis of calm.
Bubble loungers in the middle or at the edge of the pool invite you to relax – accompanied by the gentle splashing of the waterfalls. A special tip: refreshing cocktails are available directly at the Skog Bar swim-up bar and can be enjoyed in the water or on the bubble loungers.
